1. Introduction

At Throttle Fitness, we are committed to providing seamless and reliable service for both users seeking training and certified trainers providing it. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for bookings made through our platform.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel a confirmed booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund.

3. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team via email. Kindly include your User ID along with the reason for cancellation in your request. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation from our team, and the refund process (if applicable) will be initiated in accordance with our refund policy.

4. User No-Show

If a user fails to attend a confirmed session without prior notice, the user is not entitled to a refund.

5. Trainer No-Show

If a trainer fails to attend a confirmed session without prior notice, the user is entitled to a full refund. Please report no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled session time by contacting support.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails during the booking process, no booking is created and no charge is applied. In the rare event that a charge is made without a confirmed booking, the full amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (Razorpay). Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

8. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are NOT applicable for: sessions that have been completed; cancellations made within 24 hours of the session; user no-shows (failing to attend without cancellation); and sessions cancelled due to policy violations by the user.

9. Trainer Penalties

Trainers who cancel sessions or abandon services midway may face fee forfeiture and penalties as per our Terms & Conditions. Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension from the platform.

10. Account Deletion

Users who delete their accounts forfeit any pending refunds or credits. Trainers cannot delete their accounts while confirmed sessions are pending.

11. Disputes

For refund disputes, contact us at support@throttlefitness.com with your booking details. We will review and respond within 48 hours.
